Introducing the AllClear Health Network

The AllClear Health Network is a revolutionary new system that connects physicians and patients like never before. It does all the work to consolidate a patient’s medical records from every provider and puts them in one place, so that doctors can finally access complete records at any time. During check-in, patients no longer need to fill out forms describing their medical history, and they will never be mismatched or duplicated in the provider’s EHR system. This reduces back-end revenue cycle costs and increases reimbursements.

How It Works

The network features two components; the AllClear® Health ID mobile app for patients and AllClear Health Connect™ for doctors and their support staff.

1. Doctors simply invite their patients to enroll in the AllClear Health IDTM mobile app, and it goes to work collecting the past five years of medical records including Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) and diagnostic imaging files (DICOM). Then AllClear continuously monitors for new records as well as insurance and demographic changes so the patient’s record is always current.

2. Prior to appointments, doctors and staff request the medical records they need via AllClear Health Connect.  It delivers records instantly in an EHR compatible format that eliminates the need to read through faxed records and enter information into the EHR manually.

3. When patients arrive in person, they simply scan a QR code at the front deck and take a seat. The pain of waiting in line at the front desk and filling out forms is gone. The Health ID mobile app authenticates the patient, lets the front desk know they have arrived, and selects the right record in the provider’s EHR – no more mismatched and duplicate records. When patients arrive for virtual visits, they simply scan a QR code on the website, authenticate and enter the virtual setting. There are no more passwords to forget or hack.
